Learn in your own home, using your own equipment with our Founder, Rosaria Di Giovanna. Born in Sicily, she learnt to cook at an early age, later running an Italian restaurant in the Midlands. With her patient nature, she is able to help even the most inexperienced chefs produce mouth-watering, Italian dishes.

Lessons

Cookery parties

For a night-in with a difference, host a cookery party where you and your guests will have fun, learning how to make an Italian feast and enjoying the products of your labour over dinner.

We will work with you to choose the menu and wine, providing all the ingredients. You invite your friends and we will work together to create a fantastic meal for you all to share.

Prices are on request as they depend upon the menu and wines chosen*.
